Achieving a stunning smile involves some very important steps after every session.
• For 24 hours after whitening, take care to not consume food or drinks that are likely to cause stains. These include: curries, beets, carrots, blueberries, tomato sauces, dark gravy, red wine, coffee, tea, colas, etc. Use a straw when drinking colored beverages.
• Should you have any scrapes or cuts on your gums you may see some white spots. These will normally disappear within 24 hours. Your organic teeth whitening session will actually help heal these spots.
• Rarely, some people will have minor tooth or gum sensitivity. This normally dissipates within 30 minutes. If sensitivity persists, use a toothpaste developed for sensitivity.
After your initial whitening session a 20-minute “touch-up” session every 6 to 12 months is recommended.
